Sign up Procedure

Our sign up procedure is as simple as can be, and involves only a few quick steps:

1. Place an order for hosted exchange 2007. Signup here.
2. You will receive a welcome e-mail with all your account information, as well as setup instructions.
3. A Fully-functional, web based control panel is ready for you to begin creating mailboxes.
4. You then point your DNS/Domain Name Records to ExchangeMyMail.com / or forward your email to us ( if using a split domain )
5. Your new e-mail arrives at our hosted exchange 2007 and ceases to arrive at your old server or servers

Of course, since every client is individual, we provide individual and unique options that are just as easy to implement:

Split Domain Options

If you do not wish to transfer your domain DNS/MX records over to our Exchange 2007 servers, or if you simply wish to "test the waters" first, by giving us a test drive, you may also simply forward e-mail to the new mailboxes. You can easily assign a "sub domain" for forwarding purposed directly in our control panel.

No Domain? No Problem!

You can purchase your own domain name directly from our website during checkout.

Unique Configurations

After completing all DNS changes, or selecting to use a split domain, you simply configure your desktop Outlook 2003/2007, (free download ) OR you can use Outlook Web Access, which requires no additional configuration in order to use our hosted exchange 2007 mail service.

Importing of Existing Data/E-mail Features

If you have data, or e-mail that needs importing, this is the right time to do so! You can simply upload Calendar and Contact data from any old Outlook profiles you already have. You choose how much or how little of your data/e-mails you import. This is done simply and easily using the Import/Export Wizard that already exists in Microsoft Outlook.
