Exchange My Mail provides our PEM control panel to all Microsoft Exchange hosting customers. This intuitive, web-based interface makes it easy and convenient to work with your hosted Exchange solution.

PEM from Exchange My Mail includes these productivity features:

Free Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007

Each mailbox owner receives a downloadable version of Outlook 2003 (for Exchange 2003 users) or Outlook 2007 client (for Exchange 2007 users), free of charge ($109 value for each) and a license to use it for as long as they use Microsoft Exchange hosting through Exchange My Mail. It can be conveniently downloaded by each user within the PEM.

Billing and Administrative Features

PEM includes an extensive set of billing and administrative features, you can upgrade your Microsoft Exchange email hosting plan or add additional resources directly from your PEM control panel.

Subscribe and unsubscribe to Microsoft Exchange hosting services directly through PEM. You can view a list of available options, and activate them with a few mouse clicks.

Users, External Contacts, and Distribution Lists

The Microsoft Exchange Global Address List (GAL) keeps all contact information accessible to any member of the team via Outlook. External contacts can be added to the GAL as well. All contacts can be selectively grouped to create distribution lists.

Access Permissions

You determine which users have administrative access to your Microsoft Exchange solution with full rights to manage settings. While we recommend limited administrative access, your organization is not restricted by Exchange My Mail to the number of administrators allowed on your account.

User Access to PEM

Mailbox owners without administrative access can view necessary information about the functions of their mailboxes and perform certain actions, such as changing their own password. The PEM workspace provides quick links to subscribed services and online help tools.
