You will always be in control with the ability to quickly override the mouse and keyboard throughout the session. You always have the safety and convenience to disconnect whenever you want.

The process includes setting up your mailbox through our PEM control panel, creating your new Outlook profile and even exporting / importing data from a previous Outlook profile into your new profile.

Once we're finished with the initial setup, we will let you know what is necessary on your end to get your account up and running. For example; setting up your forwarding or changing your MX records, etc.
